To celebrate 20 years of brotherhood between DELIJE (Red Star Belgrade ) and GATE 7 (Olympiakos) a charity basketball game will be played on the 12th November 2006 in London to help raise funds for Mladen Račić, a young man who’s suffering from Leukemia. Proceeds from this event will be donated to Mladen and his family to help with the costs of his treatment in the United Kingdom. There will be two games, one between professional teams from London and Lithuania and one between the Delije and Gate 7 clubs in London. The first game will start at 14:00. If you cannot make it to the event you can buy a ticket as memorabilia and to show your support on ebay (www.ebay.co.uk and do a search for gate7 delije).
Mladen will be treated in London’s Hammersmith Hospital as soon as the funds become available. A total of £140,000 needs to be raised to pay for the operation to help this young man recover from this dreadful illness.
Mladen is a 20 year old student from Jagodina, in Serbia, and has recently joined Belgrade University’s Faculty of Law.

Για να γιορτάσομε τα 20 χρόνια αδελφοποίησης μεταξύ τους Delije και της Θύρας 7 θα γίνει ένα φιλανθρωπικό παιχνίδι μπάσκετ στης 12 Νοεμβρίου στο Λονδίνο για να μαζευτούν λεφτά για τον Mladen Racic, ένας αδερφός που πάσχει από λευχαιμία. Τα λεφτά θα δοθούν στην οικογένεια του για να βοηθηθούν στα έξοδα της αποθεραπείας του. Θα γίνουνε δύο παιχνίδια, ένα μεταξύ επαγγελματικών ομάδων από το Λονδίνο και την Λιθουανία και ένα μεταξύ τον συνδέσμων Delije και Θύρας 7 του Λονδίνου. Το πρώτο παιχνίδι θα ξεκινήσει στης 14:00. Εάν δεν μπορείτε να βρεθείτε στο γήπεδο μπορείτε να δείξετε την συμπαράσταση σας αγοράζοντας ένα εισιτήριο από το ebay (www.ebay.co.uk και ψάξτε για gate 7 delije).
Ο Μλάντεν θα υποβληθεί στην απαραίτητη θεραπεία στο Νοσοκομείο Hammersmith του Λονδίνου μόλις μαζευτούν τα απαραίτητα λεφτά. Χρειάζονται 140,000 λίρες για να προχωρήσει στην εγχείρηση που θα σώσει την ζωή του.
Ο Μλάντεν είναι μόλις 20 ετών απο το Jagodina της Σερβίας, και μόλις έχει αρχίσει της σπουδές του στο Νομικό πανεπιστήμιο στο Βελιγράδι.

ναι ρε, άμα θες μπορείς να μου τα στείλεις τα λεφτά για το παιδί ταχυδρομικά (η στον ultraslondon), θα σου κρατήσω εγώ ένα εισιτήριο. και η στο φέρνω εγώ κάτω η το δίνω σε jimkot η στον Άρη. Αυτά θα τα βρούμε.

oh and of course i've been practising, today i had a double portion of roast dinner, 3 coffees, 2 beers and a pack of cigarettes... i've been doing the zarko paspalje method of training!

I scored 3-pointer, Alex scored 9 points.
Oh yeah, we lost 48-40.
Great fun. We raised 1000 E!!!
